GSK briefed us to design, develop and deliver an internal engagement campaign telling their stories of innovation in R&D, with the aim of increasing the sense of connection and teamwork among their global workforce.

Humans look for points of connection. We want to be understood and to understand. Our route to engagement was a campaign designed to reveal the stories of the individuals behind GSKs most outstanding science discoveries, putting people at the heart of innovation stories to connect, unite and inspire.
Outstanding stories of personal innovation
We focused on telling the stories of the people behind the science which encouraged everyone at GSK to look at innovation in a new way. Now at brand level, the campaign continues to create content that people want to hear and share, in native formats and with impactful human angles, appealing to an ever broader audience in R&D and externally.
